• Access to the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery

How to download the STEPPI app

iPhone (App Store)

• Open the App Store

• Search for STEPPI

• Tap Get

• Wait for the app to install

• Open Huawei AppGallery

• Search for STEPPI

• Tap Install

• Wait for the app to install

After downloading

• Open the STEPPI app

• Tap Get started

• Follow the steps to create your account and join your organization

If you can't find the app

• Make sure you are searching for STEPPI (not STEPPI Teams)

• Check that your device is supported and updated

If it still doesn't work

• Restart your phone

• Check your internet connection

• Try downloading again from the links above
