How to redeem rewards in-store
1. Open the STEPPI App
Open the STEPPI app and select the reward you want to redeem.
Click "Redeem" on your chosen reward.
2. Hand Over to Store Staff
Pass your phone to the store staff, who will enter their unique 4-digit code to verify the transaction.
3. Finding Your Redemption Code If you or the store staff missed the redemption code, don't worry!
Simply go to your Profile in the STEPPI app.
Select "Vouchers Redeemed".
Here, you'll see a list of all the offers you've redeemed, along with the reference code for each transaction.
Once the redemption code is noted, the transaction is considered complete. 😍
